Celebrating the Questers and Staff

Thank you for considering coming out to the QuestLife Ranch. Your willingness speaks volumes to your friends and family who are finishing their Quest. As Quest alumni you are welcome and encouraged to come for the Sword Ceremony and Celebration!

We respectfully ask that you not attend a ceremony for the opposite gender (no men at a women’s event and vice versa). We also ask that this be for Quest Alumni only, please. We don’t want to spoil anything for those who have not yet attended Quest.

What Day? – Thursday, the week of Quest

When? – Men arrive @ 3:30 pm,  Women arrive @ 2:30 pm.

Where? – Quest Ranch, 1336 FM-69, Quitman, TX  75783

  • We recommend using Google maps as your GPS to get you to the ranch.
  • Please park behind the stable, not in front of the house or along the fence.
  • Once you arrive you are invited into the staff house, inside the stable, where an Event Staff member will meet you with further instructions.

What if I get there early or I’m running late?

  • To honor the staff and the event, please don’t arrive early. The gate may still be locked if you are early.
  • In the event that you arrive late, check inside the stable house first. If everyone has already moved to the ceremony site, we ask that you be considerate of the ceremony when you arrive to join them.
  • We are not able to adjust the ceremony times for guests that are coming.\

Guidelines to help us finish strong

  • Dress Code – Men, please wear a black shirt. Women, dress casually.
  • Please bring your sword.
  • Meet in the Staff House, where one of the Event Staff will provide further instructions.
