Media

If you upload images (ex: a profile picture) to the registration website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We share your event registration data with staff and volunteers who are serving on the event you register for, in order to provide the best service and care possible while you are on the event. This includes your contact information, emergency contact information, and medical information such as food allergies that you provide during registration.

We utilize cloud-based software services for registrations and donations.

Your registration data is hosted on a third-party platform called Circuitree ( https://www.circuitree.com/ )

Your donation data for events outside of Michigan and Georgia, and events in GA or MI prior to 2025, is hosted on a third-party platform called Pushpay (  https://pushpay.com/ )

Your donation data for events in Michigan and Georgia from 2025 – Present is hosted on a third-party platform called GiveButter ( https://givebutter.com/ )

We do not share your data with other groups or companies.

How long we retain your data

Your data is retained indefinitely. 

What rights you have over your data

If you crate an attendee or donor account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

 

Data collected on events

Additional data may be collected while on events we host, including but not limited to pictures, donation data, testimony, and event feedback. Details of event registration privacy and liability are able to be reviewed and agreed to at time of event registration.
